The Company Our client is highly regarded organisation within the health sector seeking a temporary HR Administrator to support the team. Working closely within the HR team in a dynamic environment that is going through changes and restructures, our client requires someone who is able to cope with demanding and competing priorities, who can be trusted with confidential information and who can be depended upon to think quickly and professionally under pressure. The Role Be the first point of contract for enquires to the People Operations team Electronic filing and ensuring accuracy of all employee information Assist with administering recruitment paperwork Draft and send employment contracts Ensuring internal and external compliance checks are completed Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the people Operations Manager The Individual To be successful for this role, you will come from recent experience with an administration role supporting a team.

Human Resources experience is advantageous but not essential. You will be a quick learner, have the ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment and have great attention to detail. Located in Footscray, working hours will be 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
