This role will see you responsible for the coordination and preparation of high quality submissions and presentations.

You will also provide effective document control to ensure all records and documentation is updated and maintained accurately and regularly in the document control management system. This position is for 12 months maternity leave cover, however there is the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Your key accountabilities will be: Analysis of EOI / RFI and ITT / RFP documents and the subsequent production of accurate and considered bid responses Ensure all completed submissions put forward the best possible response in terms of completeness and appropriateness Maintain professional and courteous communication and timely responsiveness with internal and external customers Assist in the development and delivery of all bids, ensuring pre-qualification questionnaires and all tender documentation is completed Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines and customer requirements Maintain bid information on Microsoft Dynamics CRM database and ensure the information accurately reflects the opportunity status Liaising with other business stakeholders to ensure all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements Coordinate the production of information packs for operational team handovers and support the Pre-Construction manager through the initial stages of transition The successful candidate will possess: Demonstrated experience in a similar position with the civil construction industry, with exposure to large and complex bids and tenders Strong attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time Excellent communication (written and verbal) and diplomacy skills.
