Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator – Melbourne



Our team have a new opportunity for a hands-on Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator. The role is an important part of our business, ensuring the coordination and invoicing of all capital equipment and spare part orders, and timely logistics to our internal clients / offices, across the globe. You will work closely with other global departments to ensure our clients receive the equipment and parts they need, and support they expect.

Based in Boronia, tna are an innovative and successful integrated packaging & processing solutions company with over 14,000 system installed across 120 countries. tna design and manufacture high-speed packaging & distribution equipment for the food industry. Core Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: attending to clients regarding contract administration, spare parts and warranty orders and freight within designated timeframes manage the order and shipping process to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of customer orders ensure shipments are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner liaising with internal & external suppliers to purchase & track stock orders ensure invoices are raised and processed accurately, including delivered to clients within the required timeframes attend to client requirements, and track spares backlog, delegating/escalating accordingly processing of warranty claims onto Australian Manufacturing including analysing the validity of the claim and issuing RMA.

arranging return of warrantied items to supplier for credit. processing intercompany spares orders through the AUSG company from branches to other manufacturing sites (USM, UKM, NLM). Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience INTERNATIONAL supply chain, inventory control and logistics / transport experience in a production, manufacturing, industrial or capital equipment environment.

5 years demonstrated experience in a similar role experience with ERP & OzDocs systems is advantageous able to control multiple time sensitive projects, be flexible and work accurately and efficiently under pressure work in a supply chain environment across continents, times zones and languages international packing and shipping experience including export documentation, booking freight (air & sea), letters of credits, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin and embassy legalisation extensive usage of MRP based enterprise systems sound knowledge and understanding of client credit management principles practical knowledge and understanding of purchasing, sales ordering and invoicing processes open communicator able to converse with the greater tna team, suppliers and clients What does tna offer me?
