Be the sole Presales Consultant Director for the business - pivotal role in helping us secure more clients. Working collaboratively with Sales and CX teams, managing RFPs/RFIs, demoing our services and being the service evangelist to our clients. What You'll Do Create value-based use case demonstrations mapped to prospects strategic objectives and industry needs.

Strategically partner with the sales organisation to drive revenue within Enterprise opportunities to ensure that quarterly and annual revenue targets are exceeded. Prepare technical and function specific demonstrations, submit RFPs and prepare client proposals. Develop an intimate understanding of potential customer's business, technical issues and organizational structure, and document using appropriate systems Lead the field in working with product management to help define future roadmap based on prospect needs Successful working relationships with Sales, CX and Enterprise opportunity personnel as required.

Be the lead product resource for Deputy Sales team. Collaborate with the cx team to facilitate a seamless handover from sales How You'll Do It Strong analytical/technical skills Ideal Minimum of 12 years in a customer-facing presales/technical account management environment Experience working with a software and/or cloud company is an advantage Experience or exposure to Digital Workplace, Customer Communication Management (CCM) Understanding of a sales process and the importance of presales in the process Proactive and self-motivated Job Type: Full-time Salary: $120,000.00 /year.
