Fiftyfive5 Marketing Specialist / Director of Performance Monitoring Role Overview To work with the senior leadership team to set a vision and strategy for the Performance Monitoring capability area and team To lead and continue to build a team of experienced Performance Monitoring marketing specialists To lead and continue to evolve the Performance Monitoring offer beyond the existing areas of strength business. Lead our evolving thinking in data integration, visualisation, text analytics, video capture and linking CX to brand monitoring in particular To develop a position of Performance Monitoring thought leadership for the business, including speaking at external conference To identify and build new business opportunities and convert leads to wins, including being involved and leading all major pitches To oversee major key client performance monitoring relationships To identify suitable technologies to assist with delivery of the Performance Monitoring offer, specifically dashboarding and text analytics ?About You A successful professional (15 years ) in consulting, insights or strategy with a strong focus on Performance Monitoring or similar Ideally you would have worked beyond Australia and have experience within the Asian market Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence, a collaborative leadership style and experience managing staff A strategic brain - excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Outstanding interpersonal skills – strong verbal communicator with significant experience presenting and facilitating Strong business development skills and experience growing key client accounts Specific Skills Ability to set and achieve a vision Deliver projects that provide value for clients and lead to profitable growth Owns and grows a revenue contribution target for a Fiftyfive5 team Participate in client planning and deliver against own goals Skilled and senior experienced Marketing Specialist Competent in applying a wide range of techniques to create tailored approaches but expert in performance monitoring Able to understand and lead complex projects (e.g.

large longitudinal samples and multi-market studies) Lead a team of six initially and work indirectly across the entire business Take client briefs and develop proposal for key performance monitoring briefs strategically important proposals across the business Lead team in delivering powerful client outcomes – develop commercial solutions with the team based on quality research insights and business implications Demonstrates expertise in analysis software packages such as SPSS, Excel and Q; as well as packages like Tableau, DisplayR and others as appropriate Role models excellent interpersonal skills and creates a healthy, collaborative high performance team environment Facilitation of client workshops.
