Purpose of Role The Level 3 Solution Architect is responsible for managing and maintaining customer environments. This includes: To provide consistent, cost effective, future proofed, best practice technical solutions from presales through to implementation and handover to Technical Services for BAU support. To communicate how solutions will meet customer business requirements to internal and external stakeholders including lifecycle and ROI.
To communicate how technical solutions will be implemented and supported to internal and external stakeholders Key Job Responsibilities Accompany Business Development Managers to customer meetings to identify customer technical requirements. Propose, scope, and implement technical solutions to meet customer business requirements. Populate technical sections of statements of work for presentation to customers.
Produce as built documentation as source of truth for technical solutions. Work as part of a project team to implement technical solutions in customer environments. Provide effective Level 3 incident management, remediation, root cause analysis, and post incident review of technical issues in customer environments.
Maintain network/server/endpoint security in customer environments. Act as technical account champion for selected customers in coordination with Level 2 NOC account champion under Account Championship Framework. Act as point of escalation from Level 2 NOC team for technical issues.
Mentor Level 2 NOC team members.
