About the role ? Pivotal position supporting the Schoolâ€™s strategic and operational goals ? Leads the administration of the School ? As part of the executive team of the School, the role is integral in helping shape the culture and delivery of strategic and operational goals ? Reports directly to the CEO of the group ? Full-time, continuing position based at the Adelaide (CBD) campus $101,473-$108,095 per annum plus up to 17% superannuation ? Ensure curriculum is delivered across the school in line with relevant curriculum requirements and contextualised to suit the learning needs of international students ? Engage with staff and share knowledge about modern teaching and learning practices ? Understand and interpret developments and trends in the international student market, especially China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. ? Provide counseling to students across the school including supporting families with referrals to/from specialists, if required ? Provide professional development to staff and community around learning support issues ? Discuss learning support issues with parents as part of a holistic education experience ? Ensure all requests and schooling administration tasks such as reporting and learning plans and are completed in a timely manner ? Travel to China, Hong Kong and Taiwan on a regular basis.
