The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and driven Regional Used Equipment Coordinator to join the Remarketing Team located at Campbellfield.

Reporting to the National Remarketing Services Manager, the purpose of the role is to control/coordinate the financials, preparation, marketing and sales of Used Equipment machines for the Southern Region. Key Responsibilities: The person we are looking for is a talented individual who will: Ensure Asset health is always considered and repairs are within set repair budgets Requesting and understanding estimates for agreed work scopes Ensure machine inspections and subsequent work estimates are completed in line with KAL policy and agreed timelines / KPI’s Communicate directly with customers Pricing of customer required specification and / or options Communication with sales account managers, sales admin and sales management Communication with customer support dept., including parts, service and technical support Keep machine status charts and required Remarketing/Used Equipment reports updated Ensure sales yard is appropriately organised to maximise KAL impact Create and update machine descriptions for advertising Process incoming trade machines against new and used sales Process incoming import, ex-Rentals and local purchase machines Creating and issuing PO's to KAL service and external suppliers Process machine sales transactions Continuous improvement of KAL marketing, advertising and image standards.

Prompt and accurate calculation of sales commission, and cost of sales The knowledge, skills and abilities we’re looking for: An understanding of machinery and relative industry experience Basic understanding of quotes and appropriate costs for repairs/parts Ability to work with limited supervision Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
