The role requires: Experience in Management within a fast paced environment Recruiting, rostering and leading a team of 30 – 50 staff Managing business financials; profit & loss, budgets and KPI’s, etc. About You: A self-driven, charismatic manager with business acumen and a bucket-load of experience in high-pressure retail or hospitality environments.
