What you’ll do Provide change communications support to the technology business unit within Tabcorp to support the priority projects including those delivered through the technology integration program. Undertake change management and communications activities including planning, design and implementation activities for technology change initiatives.

Work independently to prepare project communications (e.g. emails, intranet stories etc) to support the effective roll out of change initiatives.

Working closely with members of the Technology Change & Comms team, you will also support senior change and program managers with the preparation and delivery of communications plans which form part of their change management plans Develop your change management skills by supporting senior change managers in change activities as required What you’ll bring Experience in leading/delivering internal communications functions. Proven experience in internal communications – specifically in delivering innovative and high-quality strategic and tactical communications. Previous success in developing relationships with senior stakeholders and consulting on best practice internal communications.

Solid understanding of communications methodologies and internal communications best practice. First-class communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to break down complex issues into clear messages due to you excellent active listening skills A strong interest in the Information and Technology industry, as well as emerging technologies and practices. Ability to convert technical information to common sense language targeted to relevant audiences.
