Work for a National household brand Work under the Operations Manager supervising their largest site West Melbourne location About the Company: Our client is a national house hold name and a leader in their industry and there on the lookout for a highly organised Site Operations Supervisor to support the Operations Manager and run the daily site. About the Role: Our client is seeking an efficient and driven and highly organised Supervisor to run their largest site in West Melbourne. Duties: Plan, organise and manage rostering for all staff on site including daily and weekly tasks.

Plan, monitor and manage external impacts that might impact site and the running of the site (i.e weather, road etc.).

Run safety assessment and roll out safety training and monitoring. General cost management duties like planning materials and additional labour in advance. Manage the day to day operations on site and assist the Operations Manager with reporting.

Skills & Experience: To ensure your success in this position, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role in the Mining & Resources, Civil/Construction or Waste/Environmental industries running a site of up to 20 staff.
