Group: Corporate Operations Group Division: Human Resources Recruiter: Jodi Rutherford Joining our Global Reward team, youâ€™ll be responsible for modelling and preparing data analysis to support the annual remuneration review for Macquarie worldwide, working with high performing individuals and senior stakeholders from across Macquarie. Your role will include providing analysis and advice through interpretation of HR and Reward data, building and maintaining data models, gender reporting and preparing and analysing data to support global reward initiatives. Ideally, you will have advanced proficiency in Excel with an interest in remuneration and benefits frameworks.
Experience with VBA will be advantageous. A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Information Systems or similar will be well regarded. If you feel this position offers you the right career path, then we would like to hear from you.
