The Role: With 2,300 schools using ClickView in Australia, ClickView is seeking a high performing teaching and learning Account Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships with decision makers in schools in Victoria. You will need a proven track record of being a passionate Account Manager with the ability to build rapport with customers to ensure that ClickView is actively used by teachers and students within schools. Working with a fantastic education focused team, your responsibilities are varied, and include: Responsibility for all training and implementation support for a region of primary and secondary schools in Victoria Securing annual subscription renewals Building positive stakeholder relationships Assisting teachers in embracing the benefits of video in the classroom Maximising usage and visibility of ClickView within schools Conducting face to face and online demonstrations and updating our customers on exciting new features and content Requirements: Experience in a similar Account Manager role, or experience within the education industry Experience within SaaS or EdTech sectors will be highly regarded Superior Customer engagement capability Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Passionate about online learning and education technology Benefits: Best-in-class product Work for Australiaâ€™s leading educational video company Tight, talented close-knit team (with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and London) Flexible working hours Competitive salary and bonus structure.
