About the Role The Clinical Services team at Lifestyle Solutions are embarking on an exciting journey to grow the team across NSW, Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia to provide high quality person-centred behaviour support within our Disability Services. As an integral member of the Clinical Services team, you will design, deliver and evaluate the implementation of multi-element behavioural interventions for the people we support in accordance with current best practice, in line with the client's own goals and within the allocated hours of their NDIS plan. You will utilise your highly developed interpersonal skills and experience to train and support staff, enabling them to effectively support clients with complex behaviours.

In addition, you will develop, implement and review behaviour support strategies for families, carers and staff. Reporting to the National Clinical Specialist, you will manage an active clinical caseload of 25 hours per week with autonomy given on how these hours are split across your week. Joining the team at this stage of their growth will allow you the opportunity to make a real contribution to how behaviour support is delivered to people with a disability.

The team of Behaviour Support Consultants will work collaboratively across the States, utilising technology to share ideas and support one another. This peer support will also be complimented with regular supervision from the National Clinical Specialist, providing you with the tools to succeed in your role.
