The Position Connecting Families has an opportunity for numerous Community Support Workers to join one of Australia's Largest growing organisations within the disability sector. Connecting Families are currently looking for experienced workers to provide support to people who have highly challenging behaviours and intellectual disabilities in Nowra and surrounding areas (up to 90 minutes travel). The role includes working within group homes, respite, transportation and day programs.
Your role may vary and will include daily living skills, community access, promoting independence, planning, assisting with medication and helping our clients achieve their goals.
