The Role: We are recruiting for a confident and dynamic Inside Sales / Tele Sales Representative with exceptional communication skills and a growth-oriented attitude to join our existing successful team.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will contact our current and prospective clients to offer them our services and promote our venues. Utilising your relationship building and customer service skills; you will contact the leads to discuss their needs and provide the right solution to benefit their business. With a customer service attitude, confident phone manner and passion for sales, you will be experienced in selling to corporate clients across a broad range of industries.

We are looking for KPI-driven individuals with a passion to grow and a drive to achieve sales goals, all while ensuring your selling style builds a steady pipeline of clients to achieve on-going sales. You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary and an excellent commission scheme giving you the opportunity to earn up to $100k (OTE – Uncapped commissions). Key responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing and new clients and secure sales Manage inbound enquiries and convert to sales Follow-up enquiries where additional sales effort is required to close Build a steady pipeline of clients to achieve on-going sales To be successful in this role you will have: Prior experience achieving calls and sales targets Time management and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

Mandarin language skills would be highly regarded The ability to positively influence your team and the workplace culture Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar is highly desirable Team work is at the heart of our approach and our team need real team players with positive attitude to take on each new task, no matter how big or small. You will work with a vibrant and supportive team from our Sydney CBD office. In addition to on-the-job training, you will receive support from an in-house sales excellence coach, assisting you to operate at your best and achieve results.
