thenetworkit.com/social The Opportunity: This opportunity is for IT resourcer with 1-3 years IT resourcing experience who is looking for that career move into account management. Within 6-9 months we would want you managing your own accounts, winning business and growing their own contract desk.

You will initially join as IT Contract Resourcer to help with the growing work load, focussing on resourcing and lead generation you will work with the team manager to fill requirement and give the team manager more time to work on business development. At the same time, you will be learning the "Network Way" and developing a platform that will allow you to hit the ground running into Account Management. Any clients that are opened through your lead generation during this time will be fostered with you and passed to you when you move into Account Management.
