HR Systems Analyst
The Opportunity We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst who will be responsible for the administration and enhancement of core HR systems, ensuring data integrity and building key metrics. You will actively look at ways to continuously improve systems and the processes around them, ensuring smooth system operations, including updating and testing. Providing system administration will include maintaining and improving our HCM, which currently comprises Chris21, Avature, Cognology and IMC.
You will do this through data audits, testing, upgrades and data uploads in test & live environments. Youâ€™ll liaise with system providers to resolve issues and assist the HR team with resolutions and preventative measures. Youâ€™ll develop and provide the HR Leadership Team with monthly and quarterly reporting on key metrics, as well as ad hoc requests as required.
Other reports will be quarterly reports for providing key HR metrics for Executives and Leaders, setting metrics and providing analysis and insights. Regular reports include, leave reports (personal and annual), remuneration, head count, company historical data, exit & end of probation reporting and turnover. You will also assist in data collection for surveys, including Culture Amp and providing data for WGEA reporting.
UniSuper is currently looking for a new HCM platform, and you will also assist in that project by contributing to the scoping, implementation and operating of a new HCM platform in close partnership with HR, the Technology team and external providers. Youâ€™ll also become the System Administrator and a change champion for the new platform. About You Ideally youâ€™ll bring your own mix of skills and experience to the team, but some of that will include: Strong Information Technology skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS (preferably Chris21) Understanding critical needs in Data Migration Solid understanding of system integrations Previous experience with new system implementation You may also have: Relevant tertiary qualifications or years of experience in HR systems is highly desirable What we offer A challenging, collaborative and fun culture.
