The Role The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of the contractual obligations ensuring KPI's are achieved, for a National Client in the Oil/Gas/Resources industry.

This role is based primarily in the Melbourne CBD area, with sites across Australia. Provide integrated Property Services comprising Financial, Facilities Management and Project Management Services so that all contract terms, KPI's and obligations are met/achieved Oversee the self-managed delivery of Property, Facilities and Financial Management Service to the client in conjunction with the Service Agreement and provide guidance with respect to the more complex property issues and negotiations Manage the BGIS contract team through effective leadership and communication Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship Ensure the contract's sub-contractors and suppliers are effectively managed so that they deliver the services in accordance with the contract requirements and BGIS system requirements in a time and cost effective manner Skills & Experience Industry experience in Oil/Gas/Resources is essential Experience in Account/Contract Management in a property or facilities maintenance environment Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering a Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management and Financial Management Services Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and managing P&L Relationship management with external clients and contractors with strong diplomacy, contract management with a focus on identifying and building key client relationships Demonstrated experience managing medium to large FM teams Demonstrated experience in managing/supervising t.
