Job Description Bose, a leading consumer electronics company, is currently looking for a Lead Sales Specialist . This position will be located in our new Bose store in Parramatta Westifeld. The Lead Sales Specialist will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience.
The specialist will also be accountable for specific operational tasks. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver extraordinary and lasting experiences to every customer through personalizing Bose products and services to fit their unique needs Provides exceptional customer service during all customer interactions Models excellence in theatre show presentation, inclusive of invitation and verbatim script delivery Achieves sales goals relative to store targets Actively promotes the Bose brand and awareness to build customer advocacy Assists in the day-to-day operational responsibility of the store in order to assist in the store's attainment of performance targets Helps to implement Bose visual merchandising standards and executes promotional strategies Coaches store peers on how to effectively delight Bose customers at retail and offer a demonstrably unique customer experience and value proposition Participates in all store trainings and certifications to continually develop in role To be successful in this role you will have: Retail experience in a service-oriented store Proven sales skills in a retail environment Consumer electronics industry knowledge is helpful Strong communications - written and verbal Strong customer orientation Ability to manage time wisely and adjust priorities as needed A competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate..
