Inbound Customer Service - National Customer Service Team
Monday to Friday, rotating roster between 8am-6pm Commencing immediately - 24th December Onsite Parking Great chance to secure work immediately before Xmas We are currently looking for Customer Service Agents to join a highly efficient inbound customer team based in Horsley Park. You will be the first point of contact for their customers and answer any delivery enquires they may have. The successful candidate must be flexible to work a rotating roster between 8am-6pm.
Key responsibilities: Answering a high call volume of inbound phone calls and emails from customers Managing customer’s sales orders/accounts Tracking the delivery of orders Processing new sale orders Providing price quotations and stock availability To be successful in this role you should have: Proven Customer Service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate MS Excel and Outlook skills Ability to work within a faced paced working environment If you believe you are suitable for the role, please hit APPLY now.
