Remuneration Analyst contract - until end of March



About Them Our client, a holding company based in North Sydney, are seeking additional remuneration support during a particularly busy period for them. This is likely to be an hourly rate contract and can either start in December or alternatively in the New Year depending on your availability and will finish end of March/early April. About the Role We are looking for a Remuneration Analyst with at least 2 years’ experience and must have advanced Excel skills.

Initially you will assisting with end of year and workforce reporting before assisting the Rem team with the Total Fixed Remuneration (TFR) review. You will be working with the operating companies to: Ensure that their proposal data is clean Consolidate approvals and prepare reports for meetings Co-ordinate proposal updates throughout the review process Assist with TFR review files as well as preparation of letters About You This role requires someone who is used to working within a highly confidential environment and has ideally been through a TFR review in a large organisation. You will need to have advanced Excel skills and BI tool experience would also be useful as well as experience in HR data analysis working with large data sets.
