L’Oréal is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Product Manager to work closely with the rest of the marketing team on our exciting and fast growing brand. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager and the rest of the team to drive the success of the brand’s franchises and innovative marketing campaigns for your category.

This role will have exposure to the international brand development teams with the opportunity to contribute to new projects. You will be very closely linked with the commercial, finance and supply chain teams. You will regularly have contact with consumers themselves and should be adept at working at all levels from senior management to retailers.

The role includes: - Manage launches and drive growth of pillar products and franchises leveraging product, market and consumer expertise - Contribute to continued growth of the brand and the consumer relationship Key Responsibilities - Collect and analyse consumer and market insights and competitor activities and make recommendations to management - Lead marketing planning and development for your category, implement new launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products and animate core catalogue aligned with the overall brand strategy - Identify and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC, 360, Digital, Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences - Adapt communication material consistently throughout and ensure all activities are in line with the brand - Support in development of media strategy and work with agencies to plan media spend and campaign activities - Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plans for products - Work closely with the communications and digital team leads to ensure all PR and online opportunities are maximized -.
