Principal Consultant Talent Management Position PSC18023 Strategic Leadership and Talent Permanent - Full Time Level 7, $117,725 - $126,033 pa, PSGO CSA GA 2017 West Perth Closing Date: 2018-11-26 4:00 PM The Commission aims to create conditions for a high performing public sector to serve the Western Australian community now and into the future. Our role is to lead and support the public sector by building capacity, driving reform, developing sector-wide policies and practices, evaluating performance and advancing the diversity and integrity agendas. Since the recent commencement of our Public Sector Commissioner, Ms Sharyn O'Neill, we are going through a period of exciting change, including creating new positions and realigning existing positions in our structure.
One of these positions is the Principal Consultant Talent Management. In this role you will contribute to the strategic direction and management of the Leadership Strategy Branch as a senior member of the branch and provide advice in relation to whole of sector talent identification, development and management. You will also lead the development and delivery of public sector talent management policies, processes and initiatives and contribute to public sector leadership strategies to create an efficient, innovative and effective public sector that delivers real outcomes for the community.
