Description As a specialist Sales & Recruitment Coordinator, you will be in charge of; Identify and develop client/business relationships Learn and manage the full recruitment process Understanding business operations and strategising for recruitment needs Developing new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPIs in a fast moving and competitive sales environment Profile The ideal candidate will have prior HR, Sales or recruitment exposure.
The successful candidate will be passionate about people and take pride & integrity in what they do. They will have exceptional communication and organisation skills but more importantly the willingness to further learn and develop.
