Senior Legal Administrator

This expanding Firm is looking for a new full-time Senior Legal Administrator to join their team. Description This role will be responsible for providing legal secretarial and administrative support to lawyers at all levels, general responsibilities will include: Diary management for a Partner and Senior Solicitors on a domestic and international basis; Preparation and distribution of documents & correspondence for direct reports and general overflow; Billing and accounts related matters; Preparation of briefs; File management and archiving; Collating and editing a range of legal documents; Opening and closing of files; Liaising with clients when necessary. Profile A successful candidate will have: 3-4 years Legal administrative experience; Advance level of computer skills, i.
e. MS Office Suite; Be flexible in regards to working arrangements and hours; Be comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment; Have a high attention to detail and literacy; Attain high communicational and interpersonal skills; Preferably not be seeking a career as a practicing lawyer; Previous experience in litigation, insurance law or medical negligence would be advantageous.
