About the Position: The College is seeking to appoint a Head Coach - Swimming and Pool Operations Coordinator to commence full-time employment in January 2019. A detailed position description is attached to this advertisement. About you: You will have experience in leading a high level, participant focused, comprehensive swim program You will demonstrate interpersonal skills and have a proven ability to encourage swimmers at all levels of participation You will have sufficient management skills to assist and/or lead a group of students and staff to deliver a successful and continually evolving swim program.
You will have experience in program implementation, supervision, assessment and review. You will hold qualifications in; Pool Lifeguard Certificate Current CPR & First Aid Valid Working with Children Check Current ASCTA membership and coaching license Pool and Spa Operators Certificate (or willingness to obtain) To Apply: Please include a cover letter as the first page of your resume.
