HR Analyst and Workforce Planning Specialist
In this role, you will support the HR team and wider organization in developing, reporting and analysis of workforce metrics and work force planning. The position takes on a proactive approach to collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting employee data across the organization. In this role you will: Develop a people analytics framework and strategy including establishing and developing key metrics and dashboards to inform on strategy across the business Write and run reports to meet business requirements, analyse system usage and data integrity.
Creating a dashboard to demonstrate key stats including diversity, headcount, recruitment stats ect Undertake the remuneration submission and external salary data Research and analyse people data to prepare regular and ad hoc reporting to make reccomendation and support evidence-based decision making Assist with the development and implementation of workforce planning and analytics initiatives, reporting and solutions To ensure you are sucessful in this role you will; Degree level qualifications in Human Resources and/or relevant HR experience Well-developed internal consulting skills with strong business acumen Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with ability to engage across all levels of the business Advanced analytical and modelling skills with a proven ability to develop and assess business metrics, opportunities, and to propose evidenced based recommendations Advanced excel skills including the ability to create databases and models In return this role will offer; Be the subject matter expert as part of a large People, Culture, Safety, HR Operations and OD team - working with a broad range of stakeholders to consult and provide expert advice Generous base salary 15% super and excellent benefits scheme - including onsite health and wellbeing facilities and genuine flexible working hours South Sydney location, commutable from Wollongong, The M5 Cooridor, The shire and South Sydney with free on site parking For a confidential discussion please contact Jo Hendy at HR Partners on jhendyhrpartners.com.au At HR Partners, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
