About the Role The IDG and Corporate Communications team sits within Corporate Affairs and provides robust advice and support across branding, content development, social media, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and corporate communications, to: the Innovation and Digital Government division, including many businesses driving a whole-of-government digital and ICT reform agenda – ICT Assurance, Government Technology Platforms, Policy and Innovation, Spatial Services, Cyber Security and the NSW Telco Authority.
External communications for Office of the Secretary, Government & Corporate Services (including Government Services: Procurement NSW, Heritage Stoneworks and Manly Hydraulics Laboratory ), and the NSW Valuer General, Workers Compensation Independent Review Office (WIRO) and the Long Service Corporation. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic communications programs. These programs are across communications and engagement; advertising campaigns, branding, content creation, channel strategy, social and traditional media engagement, issues management and thought leadership, in accordance with divisional priorities.
