Clinical Lead (Psychologist/ Social Worker)
Unique new role to take the lead for the region on all clinical matters and provide some management oversight to a small team. This fantastic new role will primarily be dedicated to delivering the whole breadth of varied clinical work, however will also assist with clinical approvals, supervision and clinical leadership of our South Australian based team. The work will include, but not limited to EAP appointments, critical incident work, assessments or training based on your skill set and interest areas.
You will also support the Service Delivery Manager in achieving clinical quality outcomes for the region and the team. The role is based at our fantastic CBD based offices. What we offer: A diverse and very varied role working across all industries and client types.

Have led a team of people in some capacity - however highly experienced Clinicians with a desire to step in to people leadership are also encouraged to apply. You enjoy a dynamic and challenging work role with flexibility and variety. Have demonstrated skills in short term interventions and psychological first aid.
Are experienced in supporting individuals, teams and organisations following critical incidents. Are proficient in psychological report writing. Have excellent time management skills.
