Hudson has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to implement a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to replace the current legacy system for one of our major clients. The successful candidate will be someone who is excited by the challenge of investigating and overcoming the technical obstacles of what will be one of the largest Federal Government CRM projects. This opportunity is a permanent role .
Applicants must be Australian Citizens , Baseline Security Clearance or NV1 preferred . To be successful you will have: Demonstrated experience in providing administration, support and coordination functions for a range of complex ICT application/systems projects or programs Demonstrated knowledge of Agile project management principles, practices and tools, including financial management to ensure projects deliver planned outcomes Experience managing all aspects of application and system project lifecycle from initiation to closure, and facilitating strategic discussions and delivering targeted business objectives of projects Demonstrated experience in providing detailed guidance on project management software, processes, procedures, tools and techniques An ability to coordinate resourcing assessments, scheduling, contract engagement, execution, management and optimisation of project/program budgets and expenditure An ability to work in a large team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with highly developed documentation, knowledge and information management skills Demonstrated experience in providing detailed guidance on project management software processes, procedures, tools and techniques Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio and MS Project Relevant Project Management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile and/or PMBoK) Relevant professional accreditation (Microsoft Dynamics certified professional, Microsoft Valued professional certifications etc) is desirable Prior CRM / talent domain background is desirable Relevant experience within Government Departments will be highly regarded.
