What you do Reporting to the Head of operations, you will be required to manage assigned tasks according to plan, provide leadership and coaching to customer solutions consultants and contribute to the development and growth of the customer solutions team. The role is responsible for supervising and motivating employees and for directing the progress of an organization. This includes leading and developing individuals within a team to ensure performance is meeting expectations to achieve goals set for individuals, teams, departments and the organisation.

It will be essential that you are able to manage and control the daily outcome of your team’s performance ensuring all KPIs are being delivered on, using coaching techniques, reporting, motivation, and escalation to ensure we are producing great outcomes for our customers.
