Accounts Payable Officer
Full-time, permanent Accounts Payable job Your new company Based in the Outer Eastern Suburbs, this global organisation specialise in the Retail and Distribution industry. Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be employed in a full-time, permanent Accounts Payable role taking care of full function accounts payable processes involving batching, coding, vendor set up, matching of purchase orders, invoice processing, weekly and monthly payment runs, reconciliations, and query resolution.
Working in a team of four, you will join a motivated and hardworking team who are dedicated in the efficient running and maintenance of the full function process, ensuring strong communication and service provided to vendors and internal stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed You will be experienced in full function accounts payable duties, with previous exposure to the Retail and Distribution industry. You will have: Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas) Ability to adapt efficiently to new software and processes Excellent organisational and time management skills Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy What you'll get in return Join a market leader that can offer full-time, permanency in a stable, friendly team environment.
