Randstad are working with a Government agency to recruit for Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant you will need to have strong organisation, communication skills and the capacity to manage several tasks or requests simultaneously. You will help coordinate the team, directing and executing workflow and implementing processes to achieve business goals.
Duties will include the following: Deliver timely, efficient and effective high level administration and executive support to both the Assistant Secretary and the branch in general Manage front‐of‐office functions in a high volume, fast-paced environment Manage the Assistant Secretary’s diary, workflow, appointments and correspondence Coordinate and organise events as required Coordinate travel arrangements for the Assistant Secretary Undertake basic financial administrative functions To be considered for the role you must have: Well-developed experience in using Microsoft Office (e.g. Word and Excel) Well-developed communication, prioritisation and organisational skills Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills Ability to work across different tasks with competing priorities and with minimal supervision Previous experience as an EA in a government environment desirable but not essential Experience with SAP ESS, TRIM and PDMS is preferred but not essential Security Clearance highly desirable but not essential In return you will receive: Work within a great team environment Supportive and engaging environment Attractive hourly rate If this sounds like you please hit the apply button now.
