About the role: This position level is open from Consultant through to Director, will report to the Head of Qualitative Research, and will be responsible for managing and delivering qualitative research projects from start to finish.
Research Formulation: Ability to take a brief Create a set of objectives and aims that meet the brief Design a methodology that delivers on the brief and meets the research objectives Research Design Ability to design a qualitative research discussion guide or appropriate qualitative technique Reporting Skills Reporting qualitative research and interpreting into hypotheses that informs quantitative research Creating a story and presenting strategies the clients can use for their business problem You will need: Circa 3-10 years qual experience with considerable experience conducting fieldwork Experience taking ownership for projects and running from start to finish The ability to translate research findings into actionable strategies Experience as a key client contact and being able to design research and respond to briefs with a full proposal Passion for Brand strategy research and human behaviour Interest and passion for Food and Beverage Creative' acumen This is a mid-sized boutique agency with an equal mix of qualitative and quantitative researchers.
