Business Development / Sales Co-Ordinator Enthusiastic Sales Professional Geelong Location Opportunity to work for a reputable and growing company Full Time Position Our client, a multi-faceted business located in Geelong, with a core business encompassing the application of several types of steel corrosion protection coatings and fabricate and supply quality retaining wall steel and building products to the hardware and product installation trades. Due to the continued success and expansion of the business we are seeking a Business Development / Sales Co-Ordinator to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and a driven professional who has previous experience in actively marketing to the building, hardware, or civil construction sectors or major projects such as road works, land developments, landscaping or council works and planning or similar.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:- Sell and promote the company and diverse range of products to existing and potential clients with a focus on the infrastructure, civil and building sectors, including government organisations such as VicRoads and Councils and various industry groups. Work with the team to create a cohesive and productive environment which is focused on providing exceptional customer service. Attend regular meetings to provide sales activities with production, scheduling and sales team.

Maintain and meet monthly sales targets. As the successful candidate, you will be self-motivated, a well organised individual with a commercial business mindset and you will require: A proven commitment to customer service and sales achievements. A background in the building, hardware or civil construction sectors or major projects such as road works, land developments, landscaping or council works and planning or similar would be highly regarded.

The skills to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients. An eye for detail and the ability to understand your client's needs and wants in order to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. An understanding of structural drawings and building specifications.

Computer literacy and competency in Word, Excel and Outlook with Powerlink CRM and Autocad viewer an advantage. In return, we offer: A generous remuneration package. A car, phone and laptop will be provided.
