Our client is a major transport supply chain organisation responsible for managing infrastructure maintenance and rail upgrades. We are looking for the right person to work 3-5 days per week on a temporary full time basis within their Finance Team, located in Kensington. Key Skills and Experience Required, include: Compliance - Fast and accurate data entry to update and generate maintenance schedules.
Payroll/Timesheets - Collate daily activity sheets from work groups. Procurement - Liaise with Procurement to supply PPE & Workwear. Administration - General administration duties and Team support.
Accounts/Finance - Generating P.O's, cost codes, receipting invoices Applications/Databases Used include: Ellipse (Asset Management Database) CiFinancials (Accounts/Finance) Sharepoint (Invoice sharing application Microsof t Office 365 ProPlus You will be working within a positive culture that works well with pressure and timelines, be adaptable with a willingness to contribute as a teammember. Initial training is provided with ongoing support and an immediate start.
