Senior Sales Exec - DevOps & Security
This global leader in Open Source management solutions, is seeking an experienced and creative Sales Exec with a demonstrated track record selling software solutions to large enterprise. They are pre-IPO and Stock is on the table. This is a security related product but it will be mostly application developers that would use this tool so contacts in both security and DevOps management is essential.
The good news is that this is a software only solution and therefore it’s very simple for clients to install and configure and quickly start gaining benefit from. Responsibilities: Expand the company’s market share and contribute to achieving its sales number in Aus; Identify and develop sales opportunities within Enterprise companies; Work with the company’s regional management team to define and implement both the Aus sales & GTM strategy; Constantly maintain an updated sales pipeline. Skills & experience: Hunter and closer DNA Access to decision makers within the (application) security, software development and DevOps areas (CISO, Snr Manager Engineering etc.
) Experience with security and/or software development tools Familiarity with Open Source Management solutions – a huge plus Ability to work remotely in a global, multi-cultural environment 5 year’s experience in selling Enterprise solutions in the application security or SDLC/DevOps space; Meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently; Experience working for small organizations/start-ups, in aggressive growth mode. There is currently a small team in APAC and therefore this is a great PRE-IPO opportunity to have loads of fun, whilst enjoying the flexibility that comes with working remotely. The market is huge, the investment is there and there is plenty of opportunity to grow your pipeline as the first dedicated state focused Sales exec.
