Join our collaborative team, working side by side with a global specialist chemicals company on a new and innovative project in the growing Lithium resources market to design, engineer and construct a world class processing facility.

We have a diverse range of opportunities within our Perth office and further positions in the South West. The greenfield project targeted to go into production in 2020 will produce Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate from a 3 train processing plant with a forecasted 60,000 per annum (Tpa) output. Further expansion plans into 2025 will see a total production of 100,000 tonnes per annum.

The plant is to be constructed at the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area approximately 160 km south of Perth, Western Australia and 17 km north-east of the thriving regional centre of Bunbury. Position Overview Delivery and management of projects within the EPC portfolio in accordance with Wood processes and procedures Focal point and interface for all new work entering the portfolio Project interface with Wood support offices Project interface with Client Management and development of Project Engineering team Position Specifics and Deliverables Report project performance to both Client and WG management with respect to safety performance, cost containment and schedule. Align project objectives to those of client Ensure that all contractual requirements are complied Maintain and enhance WG reputation and build successful working relationship with the customer Participate in key client reviews and meetings as required Direct personnel responsible for HSSE, quality, engineering, fabrication, construction, and business services, including sub-contracts, planning, cost control and information management.

Ensure clear goals so that all project personnel are aligned to project requirements. Establish effective communication and interfaces with other contractors within the project Arrange and chair project co-ordination meetings on a regular basis. Issue progress, cost and information reports as required by the project.

Receive and distribute all relevant communications, with adequate guidance where action by others is required. Appraise management of portfolio performance against objectives. Ensure QG management system is implemented and compliance of the Project Execution Plan Develop, agree and deliver project KPI's, ensuring optimum financial return to WG.

Provide regular reports on performance delivery. Ensure that all work complies with the Client and WG health, safety, security, environmental and quality policies and procedures; contract specific HSSE and Quality plans; and agreed int.
