Enrolled Nurse Level 2 - Nurse Pool EN Level 2.3 to 2.7 (IB68-IB72) Permanent/Fixed Term - Full/ Part Time or Casual We are seeking a Endorsed Entrolled Nurses to join our professional team to provide person centred care within acute, sub-acute, residential and community nursing.
This permanent/temporary full/part time position is available ongoing and includes working a rotating 7 day per week roster, 24 hour roster. This is an opportunity to work within our acute, sub-acute, residential and community nursing . The primary purpose of this position is to undertake clinical patient care related activities under the direction and supervision of a Registered Division 1 Nurse, in accordance with educational preparation and level of competence, to achieve and maintain the standard of care in line with the policies and objectives of Wimmera Health Care Group.
Key Selection Criteria include: Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a member of an acute care multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
Current knowledge and understanding of acute patient centred care. Commitment to professional development and ongoing education. Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups.
