Team Coordinator (Superannuation)
Award winning industry super fund are looking for a hard working, Organised Team Coordinator to join their Operations team supporting a team of 4. About the Company The organisation is the largest industry super fund specialising in super for people engaged in professional, managerial, administrative and service occupations. About the role The Operations Team Coordinator will do but not limited to: Coordinate calendars, ad hoc meetings and other standard reoccurring meetings Preparing and circulating agendas, minutes and actions Liaising between departments Data entry and information management Assisting in all reporting for operations team and board papers Managing teams ingoing and outgoing mail About you You will be a professional and friendly individual with the following skills and experience: 2 years Experience supporting teams Background in Super would be desirable however not required Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team Exposure to projects and change management desirable This exciting position is paying from $50K - $60K super on a 12 month contract located in the Melbourne CBD.
