Customer Service Officers
This client, a local council based in the Eastern suburbs requires 3 x suitably qualified Customer Service Officers for a period of 3 months possibly longer. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing quality customer service to community members both over the phone and face-to-face. There will be a requirement to provide updated and accurate information to customers and to log requests efficiently using council's customer response system.
There may also be a requirement to transact payments accurately. To secure these roles candidates will have proven experience in an Inbound Customer Service role and will have well developed interpersonal and written communication skills along with the ability to handle difficult situations. Previous experience in the use of customer request systems is essential as well as the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
