This organisation are passionate about fostering a conducive and friendly team environment and are exciting to welcome a new person to their team on a temporary basis Your new role In your new role as the face of the company, you will be responsible for servicing all guests and clients.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Take and direct all incoming calls Manage meeting room bookings and schedules for the management team Assist with administration support for the team in the use of InDesign Assist with catering requests and preparation of reports You will be required to assist with team events on a needs basis and be required to assist with inbox management. What you'll need to succeed In order to be the successful candidate it is important that you promote demonstrated experience in a receptionist position. Experience with the use of Microsoft Package and InDesign comes highly regarded for this vacancy.
