Conveyancer: Inner North
Full-time role in the northern suburbs for an energetic Conveyancer We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer with 5 years' experience, to join an ENERGETIC suburban law firm About our client: Our client is an integrated law firm, who provide a broad spectrum of quality legal services. providing invaluable experience with innovative strategies across a range of practice areas. These areas include property law and conveyancing, business transactions and commercial advisory, family law and financial services.

The responsibilities of this role will include: Autonomously managing your own Conveyancing files end to end. Drafting documents and correspondence including Contracts of Sale and S32/s27/s173. Preparing Statements of Adjustments.
Liaising with clients and professionals at all levels. Organising settlements. Additional property law/conveyancing tasks as required.
What you need to be considered: Experience with LEAP Software required. PEXA is preferred. The ability to multi-task and complete tasks to a high standard in a fast paced environment.
Exceptional customer rapport skills. Excellent communication skills. A self starter and forward thinker.
