Description Reporting to the Team Leader, your duties will include but won't be limited to: Processing of distributions, commissions and rebates Producing investor statements Generating regulatory reports as required Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding any queries Maintaining documentation such as procedures and checklists Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders Other ad-hoc duties as required Profile The successful candidate will demonstrate a high attention to detail and have outstanding time management skills, allowing them to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. They will have previous experience in an administration position from within the Financial Services industry, ideally in a Client Services position.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a wider team.
