Senior Youth Mental Health Clinician RPN4; SW3; OT3; P3 Monday to Friday Youth Early Psychosis (YEPP) Friendly, dedicated and supportive team Part-Time, 64 hours per fortnight Life With Us At NAMHS Community Team North you will find an enthusiastic, friendly, professional group of clinicians of various disciplines. A Job To Be Proud Of: Provide recovery oriented assessment and interventions in collaboration with young people presenting with their first episode of psychosis or deemed to be at ultra-high risk of developing psychosis. Provide evidence based interventions with young persons and their families in accordance to the Australian Clinical guidelines for first episode psychosis. Provision of intensive community based interventions and outreach support as clinically indicated to consumers and their families.
Partake in discipline specific clinical supervision and workload management. Contribute in ongoing professional development activities and in-service training and sharing new found knowledge with the clinical team. Your Contribution Extensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of severe mental illness and psychiatric disability Demonstrated ability in working with people who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis aged between 16 – 25 and their families/carers.
