Position Information King Street Public School is situated in the township of Singleton within the southern sector of the town. We have 365 pupils attending, with 18% being Aboriginal. Our students come from a diverse range of social and economic backgrounds.

The Early Action for Success program has enabled professional development for staff in literacy and numeracy and a rigorous accountability of data collection and analysis. Selection Criteria Approval to teach infants and primary K-6 with experience in developing and implementing differentiated programs in literacy and numeracy to meet the needs of all students.
Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning programs to meet the needs of the future focused learner. Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal skills which successfully foster positive relationships with students, parents, carers, staff and the community, to enrich student learning. Proven ability to enhance the creative arts programs and extra-curricular activities within the school including dance, drama and choir.
