Team Assistant, Executive Support, Sydney CBD, Your new company An exciting opportunity exists for a professional Team Assistant to join a large organisation in the CBD on a twelve month temporary contract. Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to provide a range of executive support and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the senior executive(s) achievement of organisational objectives. Your new role You will be required to take responsibility and ownership for various administrative tasks including, but not limited to: Manage the executive(s) diary, coordinate travel arrangements and support meetings Draft correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes Provide assistance gathering information to help support the executive(s) decision making and planning Manage office logistics Liaise with key stakeholders Ad hoc general administration duties as required What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will be highly professional and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide consistent high levels of support across heavy workloads and short deadlines.
You will ideally have experience working within a corporate environment providing high quality executive, business and administrative support. Strong knowledge of IT systems and support is desirable.
