This is a unique opportunity to join the Retail Optimisation team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Group Manager, Retail Optimisation, you'll be responsible for managing the prioritisation and delivery of the Retail Optimisation continuous improvement programme of work, and leading and developing a team of specialists responsible for driving continuous improvement. You will also: Driving the development, implementation and governance of the Retail continuous improvement methodology and toolkit.
Embed the continuous improvement methodology within the team through training and coaching, ensuring adherence though implementation of governance controls Manage the quality of deliverables through the establishment of quality assurance mechanisms. Establish and manage a portfolio of continuous improvement services, including developing and driving capabilities, tools, and techniques that enable the identification, development, implementation and management of improved business processes. Program management of the continuous improvement project portfolio, through scheduling and assigning projects to team members, tracking progress of deliverables, managing quality, managing risks and providing necessary progress status reporting to key stakeholders.
Support the embedment of a continuous improvement culture across the Retail business through enabling ideation via ownership of Ideas Hub Assist in the development and delivery of a truncated continuous improvement methodology to support capability uplift and self-reliance of the broader retail business to drive and deliver simplex continuous improvement initiatives.
