• Provide strong leadership and operational direction in the delivery of high quality built asset and property management services. • Lead and direct business and organisational improvements through identification, development, implementation and management strategies. • Portfolio management and rationalisation reviews of property, facilities and and built assets to ensure alignment with whole-of-government direction.
• Strong engagement with internal and external clients and key stakeholders in support of property and facility service enhancements. • Build and foster a work environment that encourages staff development and the achievement of results. • Build and sustain professional relationships through effective communication strategies across all organisational levels.
Highly desirable skills/requirements • Relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications. • Proven experience in asset management and procurement in a large, complex organisation.
